Menu & Catering Experience
Every event is unique, but here’s a look at what I usually bring to the table:
Pizza
I serve buffet-style pizza, starting with 4–5 pizzas ready as the party begins. Toppings often include:
Meats: Pepperoni, sausage, ham
Veggies: Onion, bell pepper, jalapeños, mushrooms, pineapple
Of course, if you have a favorite topping or special request, we can make it happen.
Pasta
I like to add a hearty pasta dish on the side—something like Ribeye Alfredo or a classic spaghetti that’s always a hit with kids and adults alike.
Salads
Fresh salads are included for balance and variety. Options often include:
Caesar
House
Mixed greens with blue cheese crumbles, candied nuts, and a white balsamic dressing
Service Details
Serving time is typically 2–3 hours
I usually arrive at least 1.5 hours early for setup (depending on distance and guest count)
Plates and utensils are included
Drinks can be provided upon request
